Dear Scholarship Applicant,
The Atomic Athletic Foundation has continued to refine its process in partnership with your competitive athletic club directors to provide a more transparent award system. Our approach is to enhance clarity and transparency in the scholarship process, ensuring that all recipients are well-informed about the procedures and criteria.
New Process and Procedures:
Application Submission: All applications must be submitted through our online portal by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
Evaluation Criteria: Scholarships will be awarded based on a combination of financial need, household income, dependents, and extenuating circumstances. Detailed criteria will be available on our website.
Notification: Recipients will be notified via email prior to tryouts. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
Multiple Applications: If more than one application is submitted for the same athlete, we will consider the application with the greater scholarship potential and reject the duplicate application.
Award Distribution: Scholarships will be distributed in two installments – one at the beginning of the volleyball season and the second at the mid-point. Recipients must maintain their eligibility throughout the year to receive the second installment.
We believe that the scholarship process should have clarity and fairness for all applicants. If you have questions or need additional information, please contact us at info@atomicathleticfoundation.org.
Thank you for your attention, and we wish you the best in your athletic endeavors.
Sincerely,
Tiffany Hunter Rusaw
Atomic Athletic Foundation
